Bright, top floor apartment in a modern building with an elevator. The apartment has two bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two separate beds.

Cozy living room with TV shelf and dining area for 2-6 people (extendable table). In the bright, fully equipped kitchen, you can conjure up breakfasts or even a delicious dinner for the family. The apartment has two spacious bathrooms, both with showers. On the sunny balcony you can enjoy the pool view or on the other balcony the city view, and the private sunny roof terrace offers the opportunity to grill with a charcoal grill or just relax in the sun.

The entrance to the apartment, the front terrace and the sliding doors of the smaller bedroom face south, while the sliding doors of the living room and master bedroom face north.

The housing company's swimming pool and outdoor gym are at your disposal. A grocery store, cafes, restaurants and a shopping center are also nearby. There is a parking space in the garage downstairs, from where you can take the elevator to the living floor.

This apartment only accepts rentals of more than 11 days.
