This modern penthouse apartment is a mix of style and practicality. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms provide space to enjoy life under the Spanish sun. The master bedroom has a double bed and its own en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has bunk beds and the third bedroom has two single beds. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating, and the entire apartment has ducted central air conditioning. The spacious living room has a dining area and an open kitchen to the side. From the living room you can access the balcony, which has glass curtains that create a closed space in winter and can be moved aside in summer.

You can access your own roof terrace via a staircase. The apartment has a small summer kitchen in the storage room connected to the roof terrace. The roof terrace also has a shower. The roof terrace has views of the pool area and all the way to the sea.

The pool areas of the housing association are at your disposal, and there is a private parking space for your car under the protection of the gates.

Los Dolses amenities, supermarket, restaurants and bars are only half a kilometer away, and Zenia Boulevard is only a couple of kilometers away, and La Zenia sandy beach is three kilometers away.

Several world-class golf courses are within a few minutes' drive, including Las Ramblas, Campoamor, Las Colinas and Villamartin.

The rental price is determined by the amount of nights reserved.
