A great holiday destination in a new house in Villamartin. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is connected to the main bedroom. The bathrooms have underfloor heating, and the entire apartment has central air conditioning. The apartment is beautifully decorated in a modern Scandinavian style.

The apartment has large glass doors to the balcony of the apartment from both the main bedroom and the living room. It is nice to enjoy breakfast on the spacious balcony as the first rays of the sun rise. The kitchen is a mechanized and functional solution, including a dishwasher, making everyday life easier for vacationers.

The housing company has no less than three swimming pools at your disposal, as well as petanque courts, a paddle court, and a play area for the little ones in the family. You can park your car in the housing company's parking garage with your own space.

There are several high-quality golf courses in the area, including Las Ramblas and Villamartin. The largest shopping center in the area, Zenia Boulevard, with hundreds of shops, is about four kilometers away. Within walking distance is Villamartin Plaza, with a good grocery store and several restaurants and other services.
